We enjoyed some fresh lake walleye fillets and cooked them in a foil pouch that had seasoning, butter, onion, and potatoes, steamed on a charcoal grill. Oh man was it good.

It was great to vacation in our home state this year and admittedly we were blown away with some of the beauty that we rediscovered. This is in Buena Vista, Colorado.

A very large calf feeds from her mother as another looks on. Is the onlooker a proud father? That would make it a bull. Even I know that. Are these Texas longhorns and are they vacationing in Colorado? I do hope they have a chance to get out and see the sights.
