Found in Northern Colorado on a farmer’s property, I made a quick dash through his field to grab this image. I always fear an irate farmer with a shotgun. So far, so good.

Like retired sentries, these two old tractors stand guard in front of an old round farm building. Perhaps they all grew old together, and remain content with the companionship.(Thanks to my sweet wife Judy, who spotted this on a recent drive through the country)

I am always in search of a beautiful old barn and this one did not disappoint. The gracious owner was kind enough to allow me on his property and told me this barn was made in 1908. Clearly it has been well maintained as evidenced from the prime condition of the roof.
