I’m thankful to live where I do, where nature and healing abound. We’re at the turn of seasons again, and I’ve noticed my roses are giving a last hurrah to summer. Here is to welcoming autumn, my friend.
You are up early. I’m thankful to be living where I live as well. It appears the earth is in full climate change fury. I’ve been smelling a wood fire for many weeks now and last night it was very strong. Last week it rained ash and was dark all day. That said, happy autumn to you as well.
Thanks, Mike! We need reminders like this uplifting picture these days, when the world seem to be out of joint.
Have a wonderful Sunday, and take care, my friend,
Pit
Hi David. I just want 2020 to be over. What a year. Yes, autumn is my lover, and welcomed as such.
We have had bad air here for weeks and that includes one full day of dark sky and raining ash. But we have our house, making us quite fortunate.

These are not going to be looked at as the “good old days.” You have a good day too, my friend.

Having a end of summer push of roses too. While we didn’t have much of a smoke haze yesterday, the smell of burning wood was definitely in the air.
At least you’ll get to see your girlfriend, Autumn, starting tomorrow. I’m glad her old man (Winter) didn’t hang around too long. 😉

They are even red – for like “red light stop” to remind people to stop and enjoy.
Quite lovely.
