Living things become old and die. Man made things will also perish, if not maintained. Paint peels, mortar crumbles, and bricks will fall to the earth and break apart.
Well the 12 years I spent loving Pumpkin were pretty damn special, so I guess I did something right in my last life, when I was a hod carrier, a wrangler, and an outlaw of sorts. but I was exceedingly kind and women liked me quite a bit.
But all those little gaps will be a haven for small creatures. 🙂

Ah, the circle of life… born, weather the storms, die, and reborn again.
