That’s beautiful, very solid it seems. I’m not sure I could make it isolated like that, I wonder how close the nearest neighbor is. Mike, I don’t know how you find these gem shots, but I do love them! 🙂
There are neighbors within 1/4 mile or so. It does seem rock solid and I bet the inside is basic, but really nice. For me, no immediate neighbors would be an enhancement.
A fixer upper. Lovely mountains in the back.

I would love that house! Being a city girl I might get a little lonely out there and maybe a little scared at night. 🙂

Well I grew up in New York and I crave quiet these days. As to unwanted visitors, my .38 special is never far away.

That house is trying to look as appealing as possible. It’s ‘Sparkle, Baby, sparkle”-ing as best as it can. Hopefully someone will notice and move in.

I hope so too, although I did not see a for sale sign. Curious.

Yeah, I like it a lot too. And it’s not 20 feet from the RR tracks so you could still bring your train 😉

It is in South Fork which is great in the summer. Winter would be very cold. I would live there in the summer and be very content.

Just looks familiar, with the background and everything. We lived in Creede last year, not too far from SF.

I ate lunch in Creede in late June. I’ve always liked that small historical town.
