thanks for the photo. makes me think of my old girl, we lost her last year after 13 years but what a friend. goldies make the best buds. I love the smile they always have on their face, even when panting from the heat, they still look happy. enjoy, and rub that belly once for me. momentummikey 🙂

Indeed she is. Regal (queenly.) Younger dogs come to her and ask for advice. Most often Pumpkin just listens, nods, and gives quiet counsel. Anonymous bones show up at our door 😉

Oh Pumpkin, poor dear girl. The sobbing is part of the deal it seems. They love us unconditionally and in return we miss them forever. I wish it didn’t hurt so bad, but it always does. She’s so loved and that’s a gift that will never leave you. Take care of each other now x K
