Thanks for asking Mike…some days are better than others – still can’t manage much more than a mile or so, but I am sure the Gym will help once I get into it. The physio says not to expect big things until at least Christmas…if I am doomed not to go hiking again I may take up fly fishing (seriously), see how that goes, there is a nice trout river a couple of miles away…we’ll see 🙂
