In some alternate reality, is there a universe where it is forever Autumn? Would we become bored with it if it were always with us? I was just editing more of the pictures I took last fall and planning a vacation for the one coming up. For those of us born in Autumn country, it will always be that perfect season.
And who doesn’t like to be invigorated? Even better without the strong wind which is an eventuality as the last leaves are twisted from their tired host.
I think I’d like to climb that tree and see who wanders by. Then go “Hey!” They’d be startled, but we’d laugh. Then there’d be two of us in the tree waiting for someone to come by. See where this is going? Yep, a party in a tree!
Autumn, you live in my heart, and I will wait for you, always.

I think one can maintain a forever autumn if we are not tied to a particular place and moved to meet autumn as it too moves geographically.
