We enjoyed some fresh lake walleye fillets and cooked them in a foil pouch that had seasoning, butter, onion, and potatoes, steamed on a charcoal grill. Oh man was it good.
I agree with you about the image turning out well. I’m just tired of saying “I love it”, “beautiful”, “fantastic”. There really are so many great photographers on wordpress. And a lot of them don’t even know it. Or believe it!
(Do you realize how difficult it is to get to the beginning of your blog? Man, have you posted a lot! I keep seeing images flash by that are really impressive!)
Again I am with Emilio on this. I’m running out of words Mike. All I can say, in repetition I’m afraid, is that your photos always make me feel something. I look at may pretty photos but yours conjure up experiences and memories. Besides that the fish sounds delicious. We’ll be over for dinner. 🙂
That is because I am, in fact, older and simpler. Thanks for this comment which I like very much. I’ll supply the fish, you bring some lime and if you drink, alcohol.
I don’t know about the fish but the photo was tasty. With butter and lemon!

Thanks E. I think the image came out well, and it lasts much longer than that fish dinner.

Love fish but have to watch the salt intake. Therefore I tend for fresh water.

Gotcha. The fillets we ate came from lake Huron.

Hi Laurie. Thanks. Using a foil pouch to cook fish this way involves some guess work and I nailed it. It was SO good.
