The owner of this home knows enough to warn those approaching by placing a sign in the window. Perhaps it is the ghostly images in these windows that necessitate the warning.
Hang on….you two said the house would be full of stories and I agreed. If you are suggesting that I somehow neglected to be appreciative, let me be clear that I always appreciate comments and especially if they are complimentary and not mean (like yours). So there, smarty pants! And if you want you land and titles, tread lightly.
The small sign is a bit creepy I have to say! Very frightening at first glance Mike. What does the 4D represent? As always your photo is more than a picture but tells a story.
Mike sorry I am working on terrible Internet and struggling with my tablet. This may be a repeat…beside the window it looks like 4D to me but my sight could be going 🙂 I will blame my technology.
Well you were just looking at a photo while I was right up against the house and trust me, the sign (in color) was hard to miss. I appreciate the comment, thank you.
Lovely image Mike.

Perhaps the owner is sitting within, shotgun cocked and waiting for someone to approach?

There was a very large and mean pit bull in the back yard. And yes, a shotgun out in these parts is always a possibility.

Or maybe it’s because the house is falling apart and the windows might topple off their frames at any moment. Is 412 the address or a code word for…?!

Well the house is falling apart, no doubt about that. Perhaps the county put 412 on it and it is code for soon to be vacated and demolished.

Great catch! The sign makes the building even more spookier. I would have missed that sign. You have a real photographer’s eagle eye. 🙂

I like the fact that the sign is so small that you are warned at the last minute before something could potentially happen. Nice shot.

The tablet is great but the WordPress app has it’s challenges. I am in rural Saskatchewan so not too much trouble to get into Mike. 🙂

You definitely have a good eye because it took me a while to notice the sign. It certainly adds a lot to the imagination 🙂
