love it! There used to be horses right next to a golf course we used to play, and one of them got used to me showing up with an apple every time. He see me and come running to the fence! I love horses.
In our subdivision, we can have chickens in the backyard. We don’t have any of those fussy covenants. But, I would need to “cat proof” the chicken run and the coop from our outdoor feline visitors. As for my daughters’ horses, we stable them at a working ranch. Our barn is the off-limits area on the property.
He is pretty 🙂

I love horses too. I hope you didn’t slice your drive into those horses.

No, fortunately they were right by the tee box lol. Besides, back in the day I hit the ball straight and long. 😛

I like that expression, back in the day. It feels like an honor to be able to say it. Like we have lived through something.

He is very pretty, especially from this distance. I am afraid Mike our horse riding days came to an end in Jamaica. 🙂

Mine ended quite some time ago. Something about the riding position that is very painful for my knees.

Well they are lovely to admire from afar. Your knees and my husband’s hips will be happier from that vantage point. 🙂

And Emilio, I feel reasonably confidant that he would like you as well. Thanks, bro.

Give them a nice field, a dry stable and bed, a few treats, a nice walk, they’ll be your friend forever.

I wish I had the land to have a horse. We would be best friends. I would also have a few goats and some laying chickens.

And a red barn in the background, too!
Something about a horse … I doubt there are many who aren’t moved to smile or feel good at the site of a horse.
