Autumn’s Grace

A hesitant and sad exit. Trees have been crying leaves for weeks, and soon will be bare.

  1. Your picture reminded me of a Haiku a friend of mine wrote:

    Tears? The autumn leaves
As they fall are heard sighing:
    “Our death invokes spring.”

He writes beautifully, you can check his blog

  2. I can almost hear the leaves crunching under my feet!! I’m getting out today (oral surgery appointment) but I’m excited!! (how things change the perspective, eh?). Enjoy this day, Mike!

  3. I love the poetry of your words..and the fall image!! Here in Florida we have to sense the season changing is less dramatic ways than the fall of leaves…usually a drier softness in the air and a sweet breeze.
