Lines and texture combine in a convergence of sorts. I like the old lamp as well.

  Not only did I not get it but the teacher did not like me. One day, just outside his room, I got in a great fight with a senior at least 6 inches taller than me. This teacher comes out of his room and starts to cheer the bigger kid on. True story.
