Part of my summer travels took me to Saratoga, Wyoming, where there are some very old buildings and homes. This was large enough to house airplanes and I don’t know what it is, or might have been. The roof is in terrible shape and this is soon to be no more.
Really nice image. The minimal detail on the building and the way you’ve framed it gives this image a minimalist feel to it. Looks like a fun place to explore. Great work Mike.

Like a large cattle motel? The ‘Moo Inn’ ? ‘Cow Palace’?
‘Uddermost Motel’?

It looks like a lumber drying shed.

That makes perfect sense as it was once a large lumber producing town. Thanks for that.

So what’s that thing behind it? The tower/silo thingy? Very mysterious. I think the cows were up to no good in there making toxic elixirs.

It might have been the original home of the “moo pie”
The thing behind it is another mystery, open to speculation.

It was mega sized and just to heat that would be cost prohibitive in Wyoming. But I do hear you and thanks for the comment.

Hmmm…interesting building, looks like something from a movie set where all the gangsters are inside with a hostage tied to a chair. Nice shot Mike!
