Pastel Roof

This little treasure is found in Saratoga, Wyoming, and is one of the prettier messes I have found so far. The ripped exterior appears as if torn by a large angry animal. It reeks of time and the elements, and presents as a beautiful ugly thing.

    • Saratoga Wyoming is where I am shooting for a few days. It is very old, lots of log homes and rife with the kind of stuff I am drawn to. Long way from France, me thinks.

  1. Beautiful and angry. Whatever ripped at this moved on in frustration, leaving it alone to heal on its own. But it’s old and healing isn’t swift. This photo, though beautiful, is painful.
