In rural Colorado you only use enough paint to obscure the old message. Here, an old cleaners has its sign changed into gibberish, but the paint savings was significant.

  1. This makes me think of Aberdeen in Scotland. The indigenous inhabitants, Aberdonians, are known for their, shall we say, thriftiness. A true Aberdonian would commend the rural Colorado folk (what are they called? Coloradians?) on their economy with the paint.
