I live in a community that is full of trees. This creates a park like canvas in the summer and something very colorful in the fall. This particular tree is on my property and is soon to drop all its leaves, blessing me with the opportunity for manual labor. The sliver of white on the upper right is part of the moon. Happy Wednesday, all.

Beautiful colors! Happy Wednesday to you as well.
Thanks LuAnn
And a good wednesday to you.
No you, I insist.
Beautiful!
Thanks Chill.
Nice job.
)
Went out today to get some Autumn/Fall pictures but the trees aren’t quite doing their thing yet where I live. (Found an interesting footpath for exploration in the future, though.
Very pretty. I love Autumn colors and the blue sky enhances the leaves’ colors.
By the way, concerning your book cover…..when the time comes email me at m5son@comcast.net
And thank you Marielba.
Thank you!
I would be deeply honored, to tell you the truth.
Very nice shot, Mike! It really is beautiful this time of year
It really is beautiful. Thanks Gracie.
Happy Wednesday, and happy raking.
Lol. That is an all winter job for me. I have a huge cottonwood in the back yard that keeps me very busy.
I know a lot of people who dislike autumn. I cant understand them. Each season has its own prettiness. I like it in autumn when the colors of the leaves change. Nice Photo.
Thanks, and like many people, it is my favorite season. But I do not like winter, although there is beauty to be found there as well. Thank you.
I like that too. What I like on autumn is not only the colors. The air is so refreshing but still not to cold. I also like it how it smells after a rain. I really like that.. Also the sound of raindrops on my window. A friend did not believe me when I mentioned it.
Winter can be very beautiful when it comes to brilliant snow flakes in the air.. snow on the roofs and streets and all the other glittering. But it is simply to cold then to stay a long time outdoors.
You have nailed it my friend. My sentiments exactly. I am most comfortable with a light jacket and a slight chill in the air. CLEAN air. The smell of burning leaves and wood from a fireplace.
I love, love, love the autumn colours! I love the graduating ones here too. It just thrills me to pieces to see the trees slowly shift.
Me too. I’m also thrilled to see how Canadians spell color, as they go to pieces in the fall.
Great shot, Mike. I simply love to see all the autumn colors since I have to really search for some here in our conifer laden stretch of country. Must say I’m not sorry to avoid all that raking though….
mowing, mulching, vacuuming, literally for months. Oh well, still good to be able to do it.
keeps you out of mischief?
My mischief days may be drawing to a close….
And thank you Gunta.
Love your tree Mike!
Come next summer or fall and visit it! And thank you.
Simply spectacular color!!!!
Thank you very much.
